The OTE Super Gel uses natural fruit flavouring and delivers 40 grams of carbohydrates per serving, giving you a big hit of energy when required. Supplied in a box of 12 x 66-gram gels in a delicious berry flavour, you can keep the cupboard stocked ready for the hardest training sessions and races. The combination of maltodextrin and fructose is key to the efficiency of carbohydrate delivery, allowing more to be absorbed by the muscles per hour. Each gel also contains a balance of electrolytes to replaces those lost through perspiration. There's nothing nasty or artificial in the list of ingredients, and the Super Gel is suitable for those following vegan and gluten-free diets.
